Crystal Gayle (born Brenda Gail Webb July 5, 1944) is an American country music singer, and is the sister of legendary country singer Loretta Lynn and distant cousin of singer Patty Loveless. In the late 70s and 80s, she had great pop crossover success with "Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue", "Talking In Your Sleep" and "Half the Way". She is also famous for her nearly floor-length long hair and was voted one of the 50 most beautiful people in the world in 1983.
Katrina And The Waves were a successful, female-fronted, four piece rock band during the 1980s and 90s, built around the infectiously melodic, sixties-influenced songs of Kimberly Rew (former guitarist for The Soft Boys) and the distinctively powerful vocals of Katrina Leskanich. The group were best known for their evergreen, step-lightening 1985 hit single "Walking On Sunshine" and their landslide 1997 Eurovision Song Contest victory with the song "Love Shine A Light".
The Sunclub is a dutch dance-formation. Singer Ruben-T and dancers/backing vocals Noi and Debby form the group.

Yazz, born Yasmina Evans 19th May 1960 in Shepherd's Bush, London, attended Holland Park School before trying her hand at catwalk modelling. In 1983 she enjoyed a number of club hits with the band Biz, but her first pop success came in 1988 when she provided the vocals for Coldcut's 'Doctorin' the house'. Soon after this she went solo, signed to Big Life Records, and had a number of major hits around the world, including 'The Only Way Is Up', 'Stand Up For Your Love Rights' and 'Fine Time'. Since the early 90's her hits have dried up, though in 2008 she has released the album 'Running Back To You' which celebrates her new found Christian faith.
